HOW TO USE

In your package, you will see the uses for your crystals. Pick one crystal. Review its intentions and place the crystal in your dominant hand. Think of what intention you want to receive. Sit with your crystal for a couple of minutes and visualize this. Be clear. Repeat to yourself, “I’d like to program this crystal for …” Remember to think happy loving thoughts while you charge your crystal. After you’ve done this for a couple of minutes, your crystal will be ready for your specific needs!

SPIRITUAL CLEANSING

After a couple of months, it’s time for you to recharge your crystal. Just like we like to take a shower to regroup, so do our crystals. Follow any of the below methods to recharge your crystal.

  • Set your crystal under a full moon – This can be done outside (if it’s not too cold) or on a window sill. Make sure to move the crystal the next morning because some of the crystals are sensitive to sunlight.
  • Add Selenite, Clear Quartz, or Carnelian to the mix – These crystals are known to clear and amplify the energy of other crystals. Set your crystal on top of one of these crystals to let it recharge. Alternatively, you can add tumbled stones of these varieties to your crystal pouch to give your bag an extra cleanse.
  • Smudge your crystal with sage or palo santo – This is a nice clearing method to use as a follow up to crystals placed under the moonlight. For this method, wave the smoke around your crystals and speak your intentions out loud. Spoken words help to add sacred healing and purifying energy to your crystal
