HOW TO USE
In your package, you will see the uses for your crystal comb. Review its intentions and place the comb in your dominant hand. Think of what intention you want to manifest. Sit with your comb for a couple of minutes and visualize this. Be clear. Repeat to yourself, “I’d like to program this comb for …” Remember to think happy loving thoughts while you charge your crystal. After you’ve done this for a couple of minutes, your comb will be ready for your specific needs!
Crystal combs bring crystal energy into your body, hair, and crown chakra. Energy flows in the direction of the comb’s teeth. There are many ways to use your crystal comb. See below for some of our favorites.
- Comb your hair – Give your hair an infusion of crystal energy by combing through or over your hair. Visualize energy being realigned and the crystal’s intention being infused into your being.
- Comb your body – Brush energy down or up your body about in inch from your skin. If you are brushing down, imagine the energy flowing out of your body, grounding you to the earth. Imagine releasing the energy that no longer serves you. If you are brushing up, imagine the energy coming into your body, opening your heart and mind.
- Carry the comb – Sometimes, it’s nice just to have your comb with you. The crystal energy can help ground and balance your being.
- Use as decoration – Place the crystal in your favorite spot to admire its beauty and magnificence. This also raises the vibration of the room!
SPIRITUAL CEANSING
Your crystal comb should be washed with cold water after each use to remove hair and residue. If you are sharing your comb with someone else, be sure to follow one of the spiritual cleansing tips below before and after use. If you are using your crystal on yourself, follow the steps below every three months.
- Set your comb under a full moon – This can be done outside (if it’s not too cold) or on a window sill. Make sure to move the crystal the next morning because some of the crystals do not like sunlight.
- Add Selenite, Clear Quartz, or Carnelian to the mix – These crystals are known to clear and amplify the energy of other crystals. Set your comb on top of one of these crystals to recharge it.
- Smudge your comb with sage or palo santo – This is a nice clearing method to use as a follow up to crystals placed under the moonlight. For this method, wave the smoke around your crystal and speak your intentions out loud. Spoken words help to add sacred healing and purifying energy to your comb.
